Welcome to Reverie Meadows, the new blog for my business focused on helping people heal from stress and burnout so they can thrive in life. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice prepared nurse, my studies and professional practice experience has led me to understand the ingredients to leading a healthy and happy life, and for many people this requires recovering from chronic high stress and burnout. Through my blog, I plan to share insights on the effects of stress and burnout on our bodies, minds and spirits, as well as holistic approaches to reducing and managing stress, recovering from burnout, lifestyle medicine approaches, research topics, nature and its healing properties, and much more.
My mission with Reverie Meadows is to provide a space for individuals to learn and grow in their health and wellness journey. Using the experience and expertise I've developed over the past 20 years, I hope to offer valuable insights and encouragement to those who may be struggling with stress, burnout, or simply seeking a healthier lifestyle and higher level of wellbeing. In addition to sharing my knowledge and experience, I also plan to invite guest writers to contribute to my blog.
