I'm Stephanie, an integrative nurse consultant, and my expertise is collaborating with clients to create more vibrancy and wellbeing in their lives. Together, we address stress, explore health and healing modalities, and find practical ways to integrate these into their lives for greater wellbeing.

My inspiration to become a Registered Nurse was to focus on health and healing, to help patients build back health. I found this focus came naturally to me through early learnings of managing my own health challenges; challenges I later understood to be highly influenced by stress. 

 

I became a Registered Nurse and worked in a variety of roles that allowed me to develop skills working with both illness and health, and often I found myself being the only care team member focusing on bridging the illness to health through healing. I went on to complete my Doctor of Nursing Practice in Integrative Health and Healing where I studied a variety of healing traditions, modalities, and systems along side Western/allopathic medicine, focusing on the research and application of healing practices and how to integrate them for individualized, whole person care.

Over the past 15+ years, I've developed an extensive repertoire of approaches to draw upon as I help you explore your unique path towards healing and greater wellbeing.

 

In addition to my work as a nursing leader in the healthcare setting, I am the owner of Reverie Meadows and am currently offering a variety of sessions at my practice location in Eagan, MN (4660 Slater Rd, Eagan MN 55122). I look forward to collaborating with you for healing, health and happiness!
